relief print - self portrait

Wood block carving printed on masa paper. Created for an introductory printmaking class as a self-portrait assignment. The requirements of the assignment included a literal or metaphorical representation of the self, and clear inspiration from a specific piece of art or artist.

My inspiration was taken from "Drum Show" by Twenty One Pilots, and the artwork from bandanas included with their CDs.
